We had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. They allowed us to rest in a temporary room when we arrived early, and even offered us an early check-in to a higher category room. The hotel itself is located within the charming old part of the city and is perfect for exploring by foot. The rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel facilities, such as the spa and rooftop terrace, were great additions. The location was excellent, in a quiet area yet still within a short walk from the main town area. The staff were exceptional and provided outstanding service throughout our stay.

During my stay in Old Town Palma, I enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness, with the rooms being spacious, modern, and very clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop terrace, which provided a lovely retreat with various areas in the sun or shade. The location was perfect, situated in the old part of the city, with narrow streets and small squares, making it easy to walk to the Cathedral and other busy areas. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient, providing prompt service on the rooftop and always being polite and accommodating.
